Can I request custom measurements for my outfit?

Absolutely. Most of our ethnic wear, including Lehengas and Sherwanis, can be customized to your specific measurements. Simply select the 'Custom Tailoring' option on the product page.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for standard-sized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-stitched outfits and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and international wire transfers. For customers in India, we also offer UPI and Net Banking.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
