Return Process

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a return authorization if the items are unworn and have all original tags attached.

  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and wait for our logistics partner to arrive for the scheduled doorstep pickup.

  Refund Processing

  After the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
